Have you ever wondered why some people and organizations are more purpose driven, successful, innovative, and influential than others?????

Simon Sinek in his book “Start with Why” explores how inspirational leaders and organizations start with a vision or a purpose (the “why”) and then align their actions and products (the “how” and the “what”) with it.

Why: This is your core belief, your reason for being, your purpose. Why does your company exist? And why should anyone care?

How: This is how you fulfill your why, your unique value proposition, your differentiating factors. How do you do what you do?

What: This is what you do, your products or services, your tangible results. What do you offer to your customers?

Most people and organizations communicate from the outside in. But organisations who communicate from the inside out are seen to have a more successful long term credibility and purpose driven brand.
